According to Chan & Yung (2002), “The performance evaluation is quite subjective since it relies on the individual judgements of supervisors who have different per-ceptions of the process performance” (p. 237). According to research, majority of personnel hates the performance evaluation process from beginning to end. It is known that managers really hate the day to day procedures when it comes to finalizing a performance evaluation. In order to be an effective manager, they will need to have the distinguish traits. This paper will explain if there is a profile need for a manager that struggles during the performance evaluation process.
